We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers to be based in Thailand and Europe (one opening for each location) to help the Client meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The Candidate will be primarily responsible for closing contracts, generating a qualified pipeline and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
- Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully selling software products directly in the identified territory/industry/accounts
- Build and implement a strategic business plan for territory/accounts that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong pipeline
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Leverage global and local partner relationships
- Cooperate with global colleagues to jointly target global accounts whilst leveraging mutual strengths
- Present sales/revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Develop and maintain a sufficient knowledge of the energy and utility industry, the trends and issues to effectively align and apply company technologies to meet customer business goals
- Bachelor’s in Science (Master’s/MBA degree and/or renewable industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Successful prior sales experience in the energy industry preferred
- Prior software/ SaaS business development experience
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
