The role of the Marketing Manager is a key role within the Company. The successful candidate is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy to enable delivery of commercial targets through development and execution of compelling marketing plans aligned with Company’s energy transition and decarbonisation ambition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-gaining market and competitive intelligence for the Italian market on fleet and E-mobility
  • Establishing positioning of Company Fleet Solutions in the country above competition, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing strategy and plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for the market
  • Being primary focal point for E-Mobility development and integration. First interface for subsidiaries market development
  • Informing outreach strategies, increasing customer conversions, and generating more qualified leads
  • Determining the right RTM strategy for each (sub)segment and supporting (Indirect) sales teams in execution of the strategy
  • Partnering with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. Develop and execute the business web strategy for the Country
  • Leading the execution of marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Developing key strategic/marketing imperatives on where to play and how to win, translating that into coherent marketing and strategic plans, whilst driving high ROI on the marketing spend
  • Unlocking the full potential of the energy transition by defining and executing local decarbonization agenda/plans
  • Being the key interface for SME segment
  • Being the key interface with global Marketing, for product/services development, central market research, regional customer events etc
  • Being in charge of local strategy reviews and subsequent implementation
  • Together with the Head of business unit, being the driving force of the market development in Italy.



  • University degree.


Key Skills:

  • Significant marketing experience in a B2B/B2C environment
  • Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset with strong ability of delivery through others
  • Knowledge of the Mobility/E-Mobility market and its features
  • Customer and strong external focus. Highly motivated to understand and address customer needs and to be able to provide unique solutions to the customers, ahead of competition
  • Tested ability to manage multiple interfaces and maintain effective collaboration with internal businesses and functions and external stakeholders and entities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with complex set of data
  • Curious with demonstrated Learner Mindset.
