The role requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while hunting of new business within your market. This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales that want to help customers to navigate through the energy transition. It is a critical role in the company because it is at the customer interface that the purpose of the company takes place.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full adherence to Ethics & compliance and HSSE standards
  • Develop and execute sales plans and key account plans to deliver year on year financial growth, with specific focus on large customers
  • Lead your customers through the energy transition and their de-carbonisation agenda
  • Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts, and external stakeholders
  • Be a Role model in Sales 1st behaviours/methodology
  • Interface with Customer Operations, Marketing, Mobility, subsidiary companies and E2E partner functions (e.g. Credit), to ensure highest standard of service for your customers

 

Education:

  • University degree.

 

Key Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset
  • Passion for sales, customers and closing deals. Delivery focused.
  • Experience in prospecting/cold-call sales, value selling, negotiation of high value contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales and profitability
  • Customer obsession to understand and anticipate your customer needs and find solutions
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Solid analytical skills and finance knowledge
  • Do not take a ‘no’ for an answer when dealing with prospects
  • Knowledge in mobility, or payment or e-mobility would be an advantage but not essential
  • Region – entire Italian market coverage

 

Location: Milan area, with frequent travels on the national territory
