The candidate will be requested to support the development, optimization, and execution of process solutions aimed to capture CO2 from industrial exhaust gasses. The CO2 absorption processes are based on aqueous solutions, i.e., mixtures of amines, ammonia or ammonia plus salts, and comprise flue gas conditioning section, absorption section, regeneration section and solvent recovery and storage section.

As a Lead Process Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Participating to the full process design starting from early project stages supporting feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED and EPC activities for CO2 capture technologies and gas treatment and compression process plant development;
  • Performing simulations for the CO2 capture process plant, with specific software i. e. Aspen Plus, OLI, Promax Hysys, Unisim;
